This Halloween-themed adoption and awareness event is a celebration of all things rescue, complete with costumed pups, trick-or-treating stations, pet-friendly vendors, and a chance to connect with hundreds of animal lovers in the community.
STEAM Sunday: Rescue Edition
Join at the Southern Pines Public Library for STEAM Sunday! Learn about Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math in a fun group setting. Families are welcome. Registration is encouraged. For more info, contact the library at 910-692-8235.

Tunes, Tacos, & Tequila
Join for the Mira Music Festival 2025, “Tunes, Tacos & Tequila!” Happening at The Fair Barn in Pinehurst on Saturday, September 20th | 11:30am-9:00pm. Enjoy live music, tacos trucks, tequila tastings, children’s area, vendors and more! Live music will be provided by many talented musicians on the inside and outside stages. Please bring a chair or blanket for your own comfort. Early Bird tickets are $15 and available until August 31st. General admission is $20.
