Welcome to our pet rescue paradise!

At Paws of the Pines Rescue, we are dedicated to giving dogs (and the occasional cat) in need a second chance at life by helping them find safe, loving forever homes.

Founded in September 2022, our organization is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of animals who need it most. Our team focuses especially on those often overlooked — including shy or misunderstood dogs, abandoned puppies, and senior pets. Through foster-based care, we provide each dog with stability, patience, and compassion while preparing them for successful adoption.

Since our founding, we have helped more than 350 animals find their forever families. Every rescue represents hope, healing, and the power of community working together to change lives.

Based in foster homes all over North Carolina, we may not have a brick-and-mortar spot, but our devoted foster caregivers make magic happen! By fostering with us, you’re not just offering a home—you’re helping to save a life!
